Convertly – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Convertly (“the App”), owned and operated by TechYeti Ltd., located at The Retreat, 406 Roding Lane South, Woodford Green, Essex, England, IG8 8EY.

By accessing or using Convertly, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Convertly provides access to high-performing advertising templates inspired by real Facebook ads. Each template is recreated in Canva so that users can customize and use them for their own marketing.

Users gain access to the Convertly App and its template library after completing a purchase. Access continues while the user maintains an active account.

2. Licensing and Usage

All templates purchased through Convertly come with full commercial usage rights for your own marketing.
However, TechYeti Ltd. does not claim ownership of, or responsibility for, the underlying Facebook ads or any third-party material that inspired the recreated designs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage complies with applicable copyright and advertising laws.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to Convertly requires an active account.

If your subscription or account is cancelled, your access to the templates and any saved materials within the App will end immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are not available.

5. Intellectual Property

All recreated template designs, site content, and branding within Convertly are owned by TechYeti Ltd. or licensed to us.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share Convertly templates or materials with third parties.

6. Disclaimer

Convertly provides recreated templates “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding ad performance or results.
TechYeti Ltd. is not responsible for any copyright issues or account restrictions arising from your advertising use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechYeti Ltd. is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England.
