Please understand that by entering into the Convertly Affiliate Program, you agree that you are not allowed to do any of the following things if approved. By engaging in any of the activities listed below, your participation will be terminated from the program, and any commissions earned will be forfeited.

AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. Email Promotions:

You are not permitted to conduct email promotions using any third-party system. All email contacts and subscriber lists must be your own. You cannot buy solo ads, use safe lists, send unsolicited emails, or engage in spam-related activities.

2. 2. Negative Marketing:

You must not run negative PPC or general marketing campaigns such as “Convertly scam” or use any method intended to attract controversial clicks that could portray Convertly or TechYeti in a negative light.

3. 3. Trademark Bidding:

You must not bid on keywords that include our trademarked company or product names, such as “Convertly” or “TechYeti,” in any advertising campaigns. Doing so will result in immediate termination from the program.

4. 4. Self-Purchases:

You cannot earn commissions on your own purchases. Any commissions generated from self-referrals may be nullified or withheld.

5. 5. Website and Domain Guidelines:

iFrames, review sites, and cloaked domains are permitted as long as they do not contain offensive or misleading URLs. Domains with words such as “scam,” “lies,” “exposed,” or similar are strictly prohibited.

6. 6. Commission Payments:

Commissions are paid via PayPal or Wise always 1st business day of the month. The minimum payout threshold is $30. Once you reach this amount, your earnings will be automatically transferred. For any questions, contact us at support@convertly.co.

7. 7. Commission Structure:

Affiliates earn 50% commission across the funnel. There is no limit to how much you can earn.

8. 8. Honest Marketing:

TechYeti operates Convertly as a legitimate business that truthfully represents all product features and benefits. You must do the same. Misleading claims, false testimonials, or any content that violates FTC guidelines will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.

9. 9. Brand and Logo Usage:

You are not permitted to use the Convertly or TechYeti names, logos, or branding on websites, social media, advertisements, or other materials without explicit written permission from the Convertly team. Official logo and brand assets will be provided upon approval from an authorized member of TechYeti.

10. 10. Use of Media Assets:

You are not allowed to download videos (promotional, training, or otherwise) from Convertly’s official YouTube channel or other platforms and upload them elsewhere. You may only share or embed videos directly from our official channels.

11. 11. Transparency of Affiliate Offers:

It must be clearly evident that your promotion is an affiliate offer. You are prohibited from copying Convertly’s official sales page or mimicking its design to mislead users into thinking your page is the official Convertly website.

Acknowledgment

By joining the Convertly Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program.
